Hrithik Roshan And Kareena Kapoor

Their chemistry in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001) was palpable, leading to rumour mills going madly abuzz about their torrid affair, even though Hrithik was dating Sussane at the time. After all, Bebo was the original choice to play Duggu’s heroine in Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai (2000), a film allegedly refused by her mom Babita since the Roshan lad was a novice. She preferred her daughter’s debut with Abhishek Bachchan in Refugee the same year. But it was natural that Kareena noticed Hrithik’s Greek god qualities. So film or no film, stage shows and the like happened with the two involved, and sparks reportedly flew. But after Hrithik got married in 2000 to Sussane, every spark naturally fizzled out. And it showed in their later films like Yaadein (2001), Mujhse Dosti Karoge! (2002) and Main Prem KiDiwani Hoon (2003). A much married Hrithik decided to never work with Kareena again. Filmmakers tried to get them together for a film, but to no avail. So much so that Kareena even refused to do an item number for Hrithik’s Agneepath remake, although it is a Karan Johar film and KJo is a ‘brother’ to Bebo. But she later admitted to a film mag that she wouldn’t mind working with Hrithik again. So directors are still trying to get them to act opposite each other. The latest buzz is that Sajid Nadiadwala wants to produce a film with the two beautiful people in the lead. The film will apparently be directed by Imtiaz Ali, as soon as he finishes filming Rockstar with Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. Hrithik, too, is busy with Agneepath and Krrish 2, while Kareena has Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, Once Upon a Time In Mumbaai sequel and Reema Kagti’s film with Aamir Khan after Bodyguard releases this Eid.

Kareena was born on 21 September 1980, Mumbai, Maharahstra, India to Sindhi-speaking Babita (nee Shivdasani) and Punjabi-speaking Randhir Kapoor in Bombay, India. She has an elder sister, Karisma.
She is born in a family that have been actors for generations, including her paternal great-grandfather, Prithviraj Kapoor; her grandfather, Raj Kapoor; her paternal uncles, Shammi, Shashi, Rishi, and Rajiv; as well as aunt, Neetu Singh, & Jennifer Kendall, the wives of Rishi and Shashi respectively. On her maternal side, her grandfather, Hari Shivdasani, and aunt, Sadhana, have been actors in their own rights. As a child she studied in Jamnabai Narsee School in Juhu, Bombay, and thereafter was enrolled in Dehra Dun's prestigious Welham Girls' Boarding School. Then she re-located to Harvard for approximately 3 months to take a course in Information Technology and Microcomputers. Upon her return to India, she joined the Government Law College in Churchgate, Bombay, but left it after one year, to enroll in the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting School.
Her dad, Randhir is very protective towards his daughters and wanted both of them to keep away from acting, get married, and settle down, as per the Kapoor family tradition. This led to irreconcilable differences between her parents, ultimately leading to a divorce, with both sisters leaving their dad to live with their mom.
Her film debut was in the year 2000 with 'Refugee' along with the debut of Amitabh Bachchan's son, Abhishek. She went on to appear in 31 other Hindi movies, and has thus far won four awards for her performances in 'Refugee', 'Chameli', 'Dev', and 'Omkara'.

age of kareena kapoor

Kareena Kapoor (pronounced [kəˈriːnaː kəˈpuːr]; born 21 September 1980), also known as Kareena Kapoor Khan, is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films. During her career Kapoor has been noted for her performances in a range of film genres, from contemporary romantic dramas to comedies, period films to major Bollywood productions and less-publicised independent films.[1][2]
Born into a family where her parents, Randhir Kapoor and Babita, and elder sister Karisma were actors, Kapoor faced the media spotlight at a young age but did not make her acting debut until the 2000 film Refugee.
Her career received a setback in 2002 and 2003, all her movies, Mujhse Dosti Karoge!, Jeena Sirf Merre Liye, Talaash: The Hunt Begins…, Khushi, Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon, LOC Kargil, were quite unsuccessful at the box-office. Her movies released in 2004 and 2005, Chameli, Yuva, Fida, Aitraaz, Dev, Hulchal, Bewafaa, Dosti: Friends Forever received a lukewarm response at the box-office. However, her roles in Chameli and Dev were critically acclaimed. In 2006, she starred in 36 China Town, Chup Chup Ke, Omkara and did a cameo appearance in Don – The Chase Begins Again. Her portrayal of Dolly (based on Desdemona, from the Shakespearean play, Othello) received rave critical reviews.Considering Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s relationship is on an all-time high, one would hardly imagine opposition from any side. However, resistance now comes from, of all the people, Bebo’s mother Babita. Apparently, while Babita likes Saif as a person, she’s not too pleased with the fact that he’s 10 years older and father to two children. At the same time, sources reveal Babita is busy making the rounds of astrologers. We wonder if she’s hoping for a starry intervention in this filmi love story.
